The training provides security professionals with the skills needed in order to effectively assess and mitigate threats in their operational working environments.
Oren Raz
Oren Raz is a Former Special Agent for the Israeli Government Security Agency (shin-bet). He retired in 2011 after 20 years of service during which he gained extensive expertise in different aspects of Homeland Security, holding diversified positions in different governmental security units. In his most recent positions Oren served as Head of Security for the Israeli Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela, and later as Regional Security Director at the Consulate General of Israel to New England. After his retirement from the agency, Oren established ARSEC CORP a private security training and consulting company. Oren managed various worldwide security consulting and threat assessment projects for Government Facilities, Airports, Cruise Ships, Community Centers, Hotels, Schools and more. Oren holds a B.A in Management and Political science.
Aaron J. M. Antersijn BsC, OSP, QPP
Aaron is an Outstanding Security Specialist and Senior Security Consultant for leading companies in the Dutch Caribbean and South America, including financial institutions and hospitality related companies. He is an experienced lecturer with over 15 years of experience in security risk management for government agencies including law enforcement in the Caribbean and South America. Besides numerous Security Management Certifications, Antersijn has been in the security industry for over 25 years and is a true professional. He has worked in Loss Prevention, Security Management, Emergency Management and has been an EMT-B, Leader for Emergency Teams, Cameras Surveillance Engineer and has lead various IP based Surveillance and Access Control integration projects for large financial institutions in the Caribbean. He has a diverse international background and has been involved in various projects in Europe, South America and the Caribbean. Antersijn completed his academic studies in Europe. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and speaks 4 languages fluently, (Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamento - which is spoken in 6 Caribbean islands).
